Meet Stacey: Your guide to secure connections

Welcome to StaceyK Coaching, where healing and transformation begin. Discover the heart behind our mission to help you build deeper, more secure relationships. Your journey to understanding yourself and others starts here.

My journey to attachment theory coaching

For 13 years, I served as a youth minister, walking alongside young people and families during some of their most formative and challenging seasons. That work shaped my heart for healing, honest conversations, and creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and understood. My own marriage journey, spanning 22 years, did not follow the path I expected. After divorce, I found myself navigating singleness, a no-contact relationship, and the complex terrain of love after loss. Through that season, I didn’t just study healing—I lived it. I faced my own patterns, grief, and fears, and committed deeply to personal growth and restoration.

From personal healing to professional passion

I am the parent of three incredible children and the proud Gigi of four grandchildren, who continually remind me of resilience, hope, and the importance of secure connection across generations. Today, I am a certified Attachment Theory Coach, having walked my own transformation from a fearful-avoidant attachment style to earned secure attachment. My personal healing journey informs everything I do. I understand firsthand how attachment wounds affect relationships, self-worth, and faith—and how powerful intentional healing can be.

Empowering you to heal and connect

My passion is helping others make sense of their relationship patterns, heal from emotional pain, and move toward healthier, more secure connections—with themselves, others, and God. I believe healing is possible at any stage of life, and that our stories, even the painful parts, can become a source of strength and purpose. Based in Clarksville, Tennessee, StaceyK Coaching is dedicated to supporting your journey to lasting relational health.
